It's now official. Lucas Souza, the military man who married the queen of funk, announced the separation on his Instagram profile.

The soldier began by saying that neither “a relationship is built on love alone, respect, loyalty and gratitude are essential!”, stating that he feels a lot of pain in his heart. 

Jojo Todynho's now ex-husband stated that he is going through the “most difficult phase” of his life, living in a place where he says he has no one.

“Jordana and I are separated,” he wrote, citing the singer’s birth name.

Lucas Sousa asked fans and followers to “respect this moment of pain, which is not easy at all,” he wrote.

Lucas Sousa wished Jojo all the happiness in the world, and that she continues “with that light and charisma that only she has.”
